1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Kabool Hai. By accessing or using our matrimonial application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our application.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kabool Hai regarding your use of the application and services.

2. Eligibility

To use Kabool Hai, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• Be genuinely seeking marriage or a life partner
• Not be currently married (unless legally separated)
• Not have been previously banned or removed from the application
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any purpose other than seeking a genuine marriage partner
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or obscene content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Request money or financial assistance from other users
• Use the app for commercial purposes or advertising
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the application
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Share other users' personal information without consent
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service

5. Content Guidelines

All content you upload must:

• Be your own original content or content you have rights to use
• Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Not contain nudity, sexually explicit material, or violence
• Not promote discrimination, hatred, or illegal activities
• Be appropriate for a matrimonial platform

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to take appropriate action against violating accounts.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

Kabool Hai offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans remove the daily limit on interests and unlock features such as seeing who viewed or liked your profile, advanced deen filters, profile boosts, read receipts and incognito browsing; which of these you get depends on the plan. Current plans and prices are shown on our plans page and in the app.

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your complete payment card information.

6.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Profile → Subscription. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6.4 Refund Policy

Duplicate charges, payments that did not activate a plan, and renewals taken after cancellation are refunded in full. Other requests are considered case by case if raised within 7 days of the charge. The full terms, including how long a refund takes, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Identity Verification

To ensure a safe and trustworthy environment, we may request identity verification including:

• Phone number verification via OTP
• Selfie verification
• Government ID verification

Verified profiles may receive a verification badge. Failure to complete verification may limit access to certain features.

9. Intellectual Property

Kabool Hai and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kabool Hai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That you will find a suitable match
• The accuracy of information provided by other users
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The conduct or behavior of other users

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the application
• Is fraudulent or illegal

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Kabool Hai shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the application or by other means. Your continued use of Kabool Hai after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
