2. Age Restriction and Verification
We enforce strict age requirements to prevent minors from accessing our platform:
- Users must be 18 years or older to create an account on Kabool Hai
- Date of birth is collected during registration and verified against minimum age criteria
- Profile verification through selfie and government ID helps confirm user identity and age
- Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and permanently deleted
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited on Kabool Hai:
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexualises minors
- Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child abuse or exploitation
- Solicitation or grooming behaviours targeting minors
- Sharing or requesting images or personal information of children in an exploitative manner
- Any communication that seeks to exploit or harm a child in any way
4. Detection and Prevention
We employ the following measures to detect and prevent child exploitation on our platform:
- Profile Verification: Multi-step identity verification including selfie and government ID checks
- Content Moderation: Uploaded photos and profile content are monitored for policy violations
- User Reporting: In-app reporting tools allow users to flag suspicious profiles or inappropriate behaviour
- Account Review: Reported accounts are promptly reviewed and appropriate action is taken
5. How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content or behaviour on Kabool Hai that you believe may endanger a child, please report it immediately using any of the following methods:
In-App Reporting
Tap the Reportbutton on any user's profile to submit a report directly from the app. Select the appropriate reason for your report.
Send a detailed report to warisoft@kaboolhai.in with the subject line "Child Safety Report". Include as much detail as possible to help us investigate.
All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality. We respond to child safety reports promptly and take immediate action when warranted.
6. Response and Enforcement
When a child safety concern is identified or reported, we take the following actions:
- Immediate Suspension: The reported account is suspended pending investigation
- Content Removal: Any offending content is removed immediately
- Permanent Ban: Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination with no option for reinstatement
- Law Enforcement Reporting: Confirmed CSAE incidents are reported to relevant regional and national law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local cyber crime authorities
- Evidence Preservation: Relevant data is preserved and provided to authorities as required by law
7. Legal Compliance
Kabool Hai complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and Google Play's Child Safety policies. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and report all instances of CSAE to the appropriate regional and national authorities.
